The Native American Education Program (Indian Education Program) is funded by the Federal Formula Title VI Grant through the US Department of Education, Office of Indian Education. This program supports and advocates for the success of our Native American students district-wide.

Funds are determined based on the number of ED 506 Eligibility Forms we submit. The form with personal information is not submitted.

Funds are used to provide:

*School supplies at the elementary level, calculators for Jr High and High School Algebra class

*Tutoring at the Junior and Senior High School levels

*Teaching Native American History

*Guest Speakers

*Field trips

*Language

*Mentors

*Staff Professional Development

For the District to receive funding, please complete an ED 506 Eligibility Form, to have on record at Special Services.
